hornby island sunset maternity session
it was the height of summer. Hot beach days spilling into warm beach evenings, sand castles & conversations, swims & spontaneous suppers shared with friends. Long, lazy, restful days… when you’re on holiday, on hornby island. And all the more beautiful & precious when you’re wrapped up with your sweetheart, celebrating the growing little still tucked happily away inside. The last summer of life as a duo. I met up with charo & craig at little trib, wandered through the tall grass fields at our neighbours’ & headed to the beach, following the sunset light. Our short session stretched out like those summer days tend to… hard to leave when we’re wrapped up in the warmth of the setting sun & the vibrant glow of the golden hour. That sweet little is still growing. And we’re all waiting to see who’s going to come to share charo & craig’s days. And nights. Who will come to create their trio. Big gifts. And so much love.
