it is such an incredible joy being a lifestyle documentary newborn photographer on vancouver island. And especially so when the moments i’m asked to document are the first days of baby theo’s arrival home with his dear mom & dad, caitlin & drew. It seems like only yesterday that caitlin & drew made the journey up to hornby to have their maternity session on little trib (you can see that session here), 5 years after they celebrated their wedding weekend on hornby with their amazing crew of family & friends (when you’re done here, take a moment to check out their beautiful wedding day here). And now, their lives are forever changed; their hearts burst wider than they thought possible. And baby theo has landed into the hearts & arms of 2 of the finest people i’ve had the honour of spending time with – full of grace & humour, tenderness, love & deep wonder of the world & the people around them. Well done, little man. You’re off to an amazing start.
